 Our event production team consists of extremely creative, knowledgeable and skillful event producers that are ready to bring your vision to life or help you create a vision from loose ideas. With our discerning eye, we pay special attention to the smallest of details. Our goal is to deliver a cohesive, seamless  event to our  clients utilizing the best vendors in the industry and our in house top of the line products. We believe that every event should be unique and orchestrated to show that wow factor!

Our Exclusive Event Design service is perfect for clients who intend to handle vendor acquisition and all other planning aspects of their event. They're typically not concerned with day-of management, but they are concerned about being able to bring together a beautiful, cohesive event that is reflective of their vision. For weddings , we will handle all design related aspects of the wedding from invitations to the cake.   

Our event managers and day-of wedding coordinators are experienced in behind the scenes logistics and event planning.  WIth our event production services, we will handle vendor logistics, placements, and every design and decor detail needed to make your event come alive. We get there early and stay to light all the candles, setting the mood for your guests to experience the best first impression. 

We work with the best lighting team to deliver all of your lighting, audiovisual, and event production needs to give your event the seamless flow and attention it needs.

We customize complete decor packages for weddings, corporate events, private events, etc. Each wedding decoration package includes linens, chargers, napkins, centerpieces, backdrop, focal point decor (head table, sweetheart table, entry way), chair decor, optional backdrop, optional lighting, set up and break down.

Pick and choose which decor items you want and pay for services separately. You can choose from chair decor, chargers, linens, specialty napkins, event furnishings, backdrops, lighting, chandeliers, and more. See The Detailz menu for more information. 

This is for events that run six hours or less. We will run the timeline and coordinate details and vendors. You get 10 hours of planning towards the timeline. One site visit and one mock table set up. 

Wedding coordination consists of up to 12 hours on day of event. Your day of wedding coordinator will run the timeline and coordinate details and vendors. You get 10 hours of planning towards the timeline and unlimited email or text communication. Up to 3 site visits and 2 mock table set ups.
